When the company posted this statement? This dissemination to the full investment community is completely legal, different than the allegedly phone call with a retail investor. Listen and once again…. As of whatever date (past) there were no plans for a RS, my point is this could change at any minute now, why? Because likely at the time of such communication the company may have been “ hoping” the PPS skyrocketing with any of the announcements, which unfortunately didn’t happen. Today, tomorrow, next week, next month they can re asses the situation and vote to approve a Reverse Split. In my opinion that option is on the table and moving up as the PPS continue to go down.
