He is playing it smart imo….19% ownership of the business with option rights to purchase…so yeah, I would take that all day…allowing him to focus on expanding to other business opportunities on that fat 250 acre piece of PRIME land…I wouldn’t be so short sighted to actually believe this is all that’s going to be happening here
