Just saw this. Slow reply. I work in Massachusetts. We have very little volume of coronavirus. I work in a community hospital outside Boston, not in a large downtown hospital. Nonetheless, we see coronavirus patients every day, and there have been several recent deaths. I call people unvaccinated if they have had no shots, and I have no idea what the general trend is with places seeing large amounts of deaths, which is not my space at the hospital, it is the inpatient areas, and obviously, in hospitals elsewhere in the United States at this point in time. Dexamethasone and remdesivir are given everywhere.

I am way out of the line of current fire, thank goodness. These are very tough times, still, in so many places
