Yes, and as we have seen on the stock before they can also dilute shares to the point they do a reverse split to bring down the OS so they can start diluting all over again. With the AS already at 10 Billion it's much more likely Huss will do another RS before he raises the AS again.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
