Thanks they are a eyeing merger candidates in the medical industry. PPS slipped when they were trying to go current, and got stuck in line with all the other non current companies.

From tweet in April “Unfortunately, this has all added to the time it is taking for OTC Markets to review and approve new applicants and what had been taking a couple of days is now taking weeks. I’m optimistic that RGLG will be approved before much longer, having spoken with the person that is doing the actual review.
On another note, we have continued to evaluate several attractive acquisition candidates and expect to be current by the time we have made a decision and negotiated the specific terms of a transaction with one or more of them. Thanks again for your patience.”
