No problem, but if I were looking to buy this today or any of those companies these brokers are not allowing you to buy, I'd be on the phone stating Sec rules don't apply until the 28th and I'd let them pass me from one manager to another until my order was accepted.
They are protecting themselves, NOT US.
Anyway, this will be running for more than one day, so you're still gonna be ok.
