I don't get it.

I would think that GG who has 15M shares would want to do everything possible( within legal bounds) to appreciate the SP of this Co.

If anyone stands to come out a big winner it would be him.

Not saying to artificially inflate, but just be honest and up front and follow through with what you start.

It seems easy for a Co. with an actual salable product.

Maybe he doesn't want to see anyone else profit. Several holders here with millions of shares would do quite well.
