Who would take a vaccine from a 42 year penny stock* company, which Covid candidate, INO 4800, failed FDA and whose Founder, President, CEO, Director and Chairman & highly Paid Consultant to 2019, Avtar Dhillon, was arrested last month for mutiple counts of stock fraud and obstruction?
