Up until September 13th 9:00AM the Transfer Agent said no shares were issued period and that does not mean the Note Holder won't be clearing out this week. They need to clear their books before the JV/Merger takes place IMO. Unless the Note Holder desides to take a position in INQD, we hopefully will see that increase in the next SS update on Monday.

What do you sugest Leslie Bocskor should do to force the Note Holder to sell and why didn't he sell when INQD went curent and was trading much higher last week? Does the Note Holder have to sell or can he convert into an investment?

Gempicker, I'm not trying to argue with you, however looking for answers myself to what the Note Holder will or will not do and why the drastic drop in PPS. Until I see it in the Transfer Agent's update, I cannot say for sure that he already sold.

We will know the truth in the next SS Update from the Transfer Agent on Monday. GLTY
