Are you backing into that conclusion? What makes them an accelerated filer? I don't think that they are.

If they were an accelerated filer they would have to file in 75 days. They have been filing as a non-accelerated filer since the 10-k for the year ended 6/30/19. It's based on the market value of shares held by non-affiliates. I don't believe the latest calculation has brought them to the point where they have regained accelerated filer status.
The 2 week early 10-K filing from last year remains unexplained to this day, but it MAY have had soomething to do with:

Rosh Hashanah
Begins sunset of Friday, September 18, 2020
Ends nightfall of Sunday, September 20, 2020
No work is permitted.

The Month of Elul - August 21 - September 18, 2020
Fast of Gedaliah - September 21, 2020

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It is the anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve, and a day of judgment and coronation of G-d as king.
Yom Kippur
Begins sunset of Sunday, September 27, 2020
Ends nightfall of Monday, September 28, 2020
No work is permitted.
Yizkor is recited on Yom Kippur, Monday, September 28
Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the year—the day on which we are closest to G-d and to the quintessence of our own souls. It is the Day of Atonement—“For on this day He will forgive you, to purify you, that you be cleansed from all your sins before G-d” (Leviticus 16:30).

In case that was the reason, it shouldn't apply this year:
Yom Kippur
Begins sunset of Wednesday, September 15, 2021
Ends nightfall of Thursday, September 16, 2021
