Who would take a vaccine from a 42 year penny stock* company, which Covid candidate, INO 4800, failed FDA and whose Founder, President, CEO, Director, Chairman and highly Paid Consultant to 2019, Avtar Dhillon, was arrested last month for mtiple counts of stock fraud and obstruction?
