I think PS is right. We know they are trying to get ~ $20M out of an R/S / share offer. I still think they would avoid a > 50% dilution with this pending R/S and offer.

If they can get the price up to ~ 1 penny, they will likely pull the trigger before the price collapses again.

I guess we’ll see how it all plays out.
