Call me overly suspicious, but I think the PPS is being held down for the benefit of the LuxFi people. NSAV does not have money to make a deal, so I believe they are giving them ample opportunity to load up. Notice no announcements before the Emerging Growth Conf. After that is out of the way, I think there will be a flurry of PR's. Just a hunch.
