The trade was supposedly at .0114 and it and should be what EXLA PPS should be sitting at for a price. For some reason E*TRADE flipped it down to the bid price in my account. When I refresh the page it shows as .0114 for one second then erroneously changes to the lower bid
price.
More games by the brokers. Company actions aside. More games tells me they need our shares badly.
