I was a little distracted when I listened to it. But I think Helen said that the issue of patent extensions is negotiated with each new deal. Am I right? If so, does Halo try to have the right to seek the patent extensions since they have more of a financial incentive? How many times have they been able to negotiate that right?

When you say "interested parties" do you mean Halo and partners? I'm not sure Halo's partners have much of an incentive to seek a patent extension. If their royalties to halo are cut in half, why would Roche and BMY, for instance, seek patent extensions for SC Tecentriq and Opdivo? I guess if they had exclusivity for a particular target, they would have an incentive but having to pay less to Halo may offset that.
