I've been telling my wife for a few years that WF is no good. But a friend was her financial advisor there and she hated to take the business away. I told her that wasn't a good situation either.

She still has her checking account with WF now, but she FINALLY moved all her investment accounts over to Edward Jones a couple months ago.
