They are not one company. They are still different companies that are in the process of merging. This will not be complete for some time.

By all means, you can contact either company and ask if they are the same. I can assure you that they are not, and they will tell you so.

In fact, I still use both companies because they are different. When they fully merge, they will be exactly the same, and the accounts / tools will show accordingly.
