So why all the delayed excuses, month after month? Every possible excuse has been thrown out there and more to come I'm sure. It's like they're trying to but time for some reason, but what? I remember when everyone was waiting during that 2 year time period for LAHO to announce the MSSV merger, acquisition, what ever it was, everyone was waiting for the reason why this took 2 years. We were going to find out why it took 2 years. Well, there never was a reason. This disbursement has now fallen into this mode.
