I don't know why everyone has been worried about PAUL. He's been present for 2 or 3 weeks but he doesn't suppress the price. Any time someone bought just 100k shares or other small orders, he moves up. The issue lately nobody has said anything about, which is the consistant executions below the bid. For example, when the bid is 0046, there will be trades executing at 0044. I've never seen this before on any stock and I trade hundreds of penny stocks with L2 data. Whatever that is, it's not a big deal because the executions are all tiny, but that has effectively suppressed the price after people see the price is lower than the bid.
