You are correct that shells and/or bogus OTC companies can hit $10M or $20M and keep on soaring to 10X or 100X gains. Those are difficult to predict, however. In contrast, it is much easier to predict that SSOF at $300K will yield a 10X return. So, I tend to play these a bit more conservatively. But to each his/her own.

As for 25c per share, I sincerely doubt it.
