They’ll file… eventually at least. Pedro needs this scam listed to lure financiers for the las perlas gimmick he’s been peddling for years. Might even be a pump once filing hits b4 investors see it’s a shell with no operations, no revenues, a ton of liabilities etc…. Guess he’s at least finally shown his hand in that they have no hydrogen ops and he only talks of a prototype, still no location or operational team, still no financials and I assume they won’t be properly audited even once filed.
