Just read a few posts to catch up on UBQU. I agree SEC should have by now approved some if not all accepted disclosures and published UBQU filings on OTC Market website by now.

We know SEC has already approved other delinquent pink OTC stocks and disclosures already posted on their OTC Market page. The key question why no approved disclosures posted for UBQU. I initially become an investor after buying their CBD products back in 2017 that’s been great quality.

What’s JB’s future plans for Cannazall.com if UBQU is delisted?
Consider this JB updated corporate filings in Tampa Florida for C-Z Products LLC on 02/22/2021. It’s obvious what C-Z Products stand for C=Canna Z=zall). My last Cannazall CBD order shipping label return address was CZ/HLT products 3570 E 12th Street Denver CO 80206 even though it was shipped from Tampa, FL.

It’s conceivable C-Z Products will be the new corporate name for https://cannazall.com products.
