Why are you confused as to why all the rest of us confused? Didn't anyone from the LAHO conduct a little DD as to whom they were hiring such an important task? Which begs the question, are these folks any better, or are they too someone's family member, neighbor, or young inexperienced legal team not at all sure how to do this task? I've asked over and over, can't some updated news as to when the expected date of issue and disbursement will most likely occur? The question has never been answered, other than the firm is moving, the firm had to fire someone, the firm was terminated. As a practicing Architect for years, clients asked repeatedly when will the drawings (documents) be done, what's the estimate of completion? As a team of people we put our heads together of all involved and came up with a date. Then everyone worked their arsses off to hit that date. There's been none of this business interaction since day one.
