Just like CYDY is paying for Nader to fight 13D, CYDY will pay for the 13D proxy fight, if successful. A small price to pay to rid the company of the thief, liar and incompetent.

That these characteristics are accepted in a CEO is absolutely shocking to people practicing ethical business behavior and common sense. The stench from Vancouver is palpable. I am confident once new management is in place there will be a “ clawback” of more unjustified compensation awarded by a BOD run amuck. It will be nice to have some corporate governance.

The 13D plan is well stated. Continue Brazil trials, get HIV back on track as a combo therapy and focus on long haulers, which is Teed up and ready to go.

If CD17 does not get an EUA, and Nader has to file a BLA type submission in Brazil, the party is over. There is no competency whatsoever demonstrating the ability for Nader et al to accomplish this feat.
