Deng, you sound like you bought in 'high' and are sitting on some very, very serious paper losses. Sorry for your paper losses, and I feel for you if you bought 'high'. What did you pay? 60 cents? When the PPS hits 2 bucks you will feel better.

I just have a couple of questions for you:

1) What evidence do you have that Dr JJ submitted fuzzy paperwork 4 times? How do you know that it is fuzzy? Have you seen that paperwork?

2) What PRO BIO folks claim that exchanging information with the FDA is 'bad news'? (are you aware that HGEN waited 3 months with NO information exchange to only learn that their EUA was Rejected by the FDA). So, show us your evidence that ongoing commm with the FDA is a red flag.
