Clearly outdated as the filings say over 500 employees now.

This detail page puts it at 100 million revenue while matching the 500 employee total - I tend to believe it.

Think about the fact that NSSC is very similar company with 100m in revenues - their market cap is $700 million! HRAA is only $7 million. This merger appears to be a straight transfer of control vs a huge chunk of dilution (tbh I am not clear on the whole custodianship/merger process so going only on logic).

If dilution doesn't come with this deal, its not outrageous one bit to think this should be a $5-10 stock. Looks like payroll alone is around $20 million (9.45 for 220 jobs as per: https://twitter.com/BlueBullTrading/status/1436786680871096320/photo/1 )

Everything I have seen so far says biggest no brainer out there - still trying to find 'the catch'...haven't found it yet.
