Hey 3w... there is no refuting that most DE custodianships have ended in a horror show... the activist judge/chancellor that has taken over for the retired judge/chancellor in DE is a complete and total disaster. Now, when I see a company that is domiciled in DE, there must be highly compelling reasons to further pursue more DD. I have already paid the last fee I will ever pay to that state for documents - NEVER AGAIN!!! Their system can go bankrupt for all I care. Am I PO'd with that SOS in DE? Absolutely.
