Anyone who worked on the Auris JNJ deal really screwed over people and got a horrific deal except for the goodies and consulting gigs for those negotiating the deal. Seems that anyone who worked the Auris deal got worked over and has no idea how to lock up a great negotiation for maximum value.

Those Auris deal makers are real shady, explains why they are over at vicarious which is real shady too
