2Business, I strongly believe that most of us longs meaning 10 plus years are waiting on various share price peaks to make money or perhaps sell enough stock to break even. It seems that many from other message boards seem to think that "HDVY" is basically the same and same circumstances as Netlist - "NLST" which is far, far from the truth. Hype due to circumstances raised our share price to around .43 cents however I see it doing so again coupled with the hype from any settlement agreement/announcement and no doubt I feel as high as $1 dollar if we are successful in a jury trial. It is possible money may stop our forward move to go the distance we need in court but I am holding stock for various stock release/sales as stated prior. I do not believe HDC is a company to invest in for any future but possibly to "gain or lose" .20 to .50 cents or more depending upon what transpires. I recall feeling so good about this corporation when I first bought in May of 2003 and a damn shame I don't feel that way now so again DD to me means investing meaning time with an investment but not 18 years.
