Greenshift Corporation (GERS)

Patiently waiting to learn what % equity GERS owns.

I've never dealt with preferred shares. Maybe Joby or somebody can shed more light on how they work. My understanding is they're a hybrid security and often have a higher yielding dividend.

All we knew before this was Artizen was a licensee. What royalty's did GERS earn over the years since Artizen generated nearly $69MM in revenue? Have they owned equity in Artizen since inception? I really have no idea.
