Gary, It is true that I believe the day will come when those 5 Million CBQI shares will hit the market.

I grant you this... It is possible that will not happen. However, nobody has any guarentee that the stock will not get sold. It is not rational to say that because they are not yet registered, they will not "ever" flood the market. The only certainty that exists is they can only be sold after being registered. Combine that possibility with the fact that CBQI experianced back to back quarters of decreasing revenues (sales) and you have an economic environment that rather easy to predict.

You do not have to be an accredited investor to forecast the future based on historical fact.

I do not know who owns shares of CBQI stock anymore than I know who is selling and buying. For you to say you do know who is selling and who is buying gives you a crystal ball that no one else has. If that is true, why haven't you been buying?
