No venue challenges, IPR challenges as of yet. Both are possibly coming, but Judge Albright doesn't go for the venue change and 39 of 41 IPR challenge denials have come from cases associated with his court. If an IPR challenge is instituted, Judge Albright does not stay the case(s) while the IPR(s) proceed and I believe the PTAB considers this fact.

VPLM is nearly assured a position on the docket in Waco and this is fabulous. judge foe is probably moving to do her damage @ the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and good riddance. There are whole websites dedicated to her lame rulings. aapl can't depend on her any longer. How can one expect a fair trial when foe is willing to utter in her courtroom, "This is why I hate patent cases"???? No reasonably high IQ judge would say this during a patent case, they might think it, but to say it? And, no, I don't care that she went to Harvard; I am able to cite any number of dolts who have comeout of Harvard!

Yup, VPLM is sitting good and I believe there is more coming right around the corner.
