Yes, and it can be a mixed bag too, with part as a buy and part as a sell. I don't think it matters right now. Although buying is restricted, there's not much for sale.

I think if someone put in an open buy order for say, 5 mil shares, it would take it back to a penny, but it can't sustain that until everyone can buy again.

Although I'm very comfortable buying here, it could still drop more. If it does, I'll just keep adding.
