I don't know who these ex-employees were and IF they were all ex-employees, I feel their anguish But at the same time, since we as Shareholders have been waiting all these years for the POR to end & LBHI to emerge and reward us as the shareholders, they too must wait, as they chose to be shareholders... they could have easily opted to get their compensation at that time they made their choice to defer it instead.

Maybe there is a Silver Lining in this because it may point to the erstwhile Shares(including the CTs of course) getting compensated someway, mostly in the form of 'exchanged with newly minted shares' of emergent LBHI.
