Why start drilling in NPR-A territory (Federal Lands) when the biggest oil major on the North Slope just had a major project (WILLOW) shut down by environmental groups, in the same NPR-A territory?
Wouldn't employing capital to prove up reserves at IceWine and/or the Yukon Leases (State Lands) make more sense at this critical juncture?
