Curious Ted when they state “convertible debt 407 million shares” it doesn’t include Pasaca’s $7.25 million convertible notes which are debt right lol. Your math may be better than theirs and they’re just now going to find out 2 billion isn’t enough or as BigE said they have no plans to consummate the Pasaca deal and just throwing it in the increase docs to give cover for the authorized increase.
