OPXS - From the just-issued 8-K:

During the September 8th, 2021 Board Meeting, the Optex Systems Holdings Inc. Board of Directors approved the formation of a Strategic Alternatives Committee consisting of the independent Board Members and chaired by Rimmy Malhotra.

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
