My best guess new infrastructure build till end of this year and nameplate is reached end of 2022 beginning of 2023, I guess more likely Q1 2023.

And Arizonabilly, even when it would be just 0.9% of NPV, if they dont earn any money and deliver on their promises, SP will never reach fair NPV level.

Just my two cents, but its going to dive much deeper from here, still long time to go with maybe new risks and problems to solve.

Please stop this 9% of NPV talk, it doesnt matter right now
