1. Pay #RBCapital $5.25m cash to pay off the debt in full with interest
2. #RBCapital converts the $5.25m into 7.5m shares @ $0.70/share

I believe that this is the $5,000,000.00 USD Bill that Hunterj20 is talking about, however, it appears that the due date is September 15th not September 10th.
This may push this POS to TRIPS even faster than expected!
