Hmm Stable Coin based off Electric prices. I detect a Scam… fortunately this will never happen.

1) it would need full financial and regulatory compliance which he would never get.
2) Etherium which is the base of his coin doesn't scale. The network is choked as it is with each transaction costing around $20. They couldn’t even launch CryptoKittys without it swamping the network.

When a company that has no business in Crypto want to start a new ICO on Eth (99.9% are scams), I would be worried.
