Looks like a freaking dump. Carpet is coming up from the doorway. I believe that is what the fat guy is pointing to. Either that or a cockroach. The vent on the ceiling has black soot under it. Floors in poor condition. Noticed it was mentioned that they are the same floors as Crank. So are the basically remodeling the Crank closet and turning it into HPIL corporate? What is the need for 3K space (if it really is this much)? CON Calls in 3K of office space.
