Well almost. A good rule of thumb is the co might offer 10% above the current price for our shares if he finds the cash. It would be very hard to block. Someone with deep pockets might file a class action law suit. This woud be ugly and in no way am I suggesting anything. Sad that we have to even contemplate such drastic things. Opinion.
