That seems perfectly reasonable for the staff.

this whole deal seems quite normal, even the minor dilution, and I believe the RS will be handled with care... there's enough gunpowder ready to pump this baby up to $2 but we'll have to see how it's managed ...I'm not sure that shareholders are the number one priority but I think we'll still make out fine.
