Hi Gary, you're right, it HAS been TOO long. Everyone's tired of waiting, so are we. We had an SEC law firm that had pre-approved the plan, and then they stalled and balked for a month, so we fired them and got a new one, who got jammed up from a physical move and staff loss, and here we are waiting again. Our Exec team is pissed! Meso calls us twice a day, pissed. Former LAHO shareholders are pissed. It's just a tough situation all around. We are pressing and we hope we don't have to find a 3rd Atty... This is unacceptable and we have to fix it.. somehow, ASAP.
