Yes, I am. Good time to load up but I do not see an avalanche of the "locked and ready" scooping shares up. Guess they are waiting for the s/p to drop into the teens. I tried selling 200K into the bid but no one wanted them; reduce to 50K, 20K, 10K, and nothing. Held back as the locked and loaded would say; I am keeping about half of my shares just in case a miracle happens.
