Josh stated in that conference call over a year ago what his plans were. He denies that's his plan now, most likely out of fear of what shareholders will do.

He flat out stated his plan was to complete the financials, do a RS, then do another offering to raise $6M-$6.5M for marketing and getting this going.

Now he's back tracking on doing a RS. So how is he going to raise that kind of money at these levels? No one in investment community is going to invest it at these levels. Not a chance in Hadi$. Hes tried to raise already and couldn't. Barely even this latest $15K. Anyone here seriously think some fund is going to invest in this pig. They won't even bother looking at the financials which will have to show a big fat "0".

So dilution is the only way. Good luck. $6M at .001 equals another 6B to the float. On what most likely is now up to 20B shares. All for a company which has no income.

Come on Noping, I've read your posts and you seem intelligent enough. No way raising the funds will take place without a major RS pretty much wiping out current shareholders value. Yes, to the idjits out there, I do know how RS's work. It's what happens to share price after they RS that is the killer of current shareholders. Quit living in fantasyland, thinking you're all gonna be rich on this one.
