Price appreciation is a real struggle at this point because so few brokers will let you buy HERB, at present.

It's a struggle either way...
Even if they file.
They know this.

A couple of years ago I knew that the SEC could suspend, and revoke the stock at any time. But it didn't matter to me. Because they can go private for 15 bucks at any time. Just like that. Bang.

But it sure feels better now that they filed the Form 15. So the SEC can't revoke them. And they have shown their intentions.

They are not just going to file. They have another plan, IMO. But let's get that dividend first.
