That is not what was said, this is what was said:

Buy volume is 2x sell vol



It lacks additional detail, you cannot have more buy volume or sell volume, it strictly VOLUME, the correct observation is the stock is down 33% from yesterdays close. All you have is VOILUME, you can certainly make a case that all the action is occurring at the Ask, but that is not what was said, nowhere in that statement is the word "Ask" provided.
