Looking at an historical day on the charts here for SIRC!!!

-Good chance we have a Breakaway Gap. (a gap that NEVER gets filled)

-We have climbed above .43 cents which WAS major resistance as it was the major low from this past April.

-We have gapped up thru the 50 day EMA. This will catch a lot of stock scanners attention tonight!

-We have the possibility that we have climbed above the 250 EMA. If this happens by the close then we can count on the 250 EMA turning into major support!

This has all happened without the audit, official earning or up list occurring yet. My heavens! HOWEVER these things are VERY IMPORTANT because traders anticipate/speculating them coming out.

If today's morning opening gap stays open my my my my...we got quite a ride ahead of us!

JMO...anything could happen.
