For every buy there was a sell, to say there are more buys is a pointless observation. There cannot be more buys than sells. Instead the action has occurred primarily on the Bid side causing the Ask to shift down 33% from the previous day close. That is an accurate observation. Saying more buys than sells in inaccurate and false.
